Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as opened bottles of wine.
  • Digital gift cards (non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash).

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)

  • Clothing or accessories not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at shop@cape-point.com 

Shipping Returns

To return your product

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items (e.g., premium wine or designer clothing), consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
